RemoteGymp · API v1

Read data

Find companies, devices, inventory and alerts, then page through the results.

  1. Find what you need

Start with GET /v1/companies, then GET /v1/companies/{companyId}/sites and GET /v1/devices?companyId={companyId}. Copy IDs from these responses. GET /v1/devices/{deviceId} reads one managed device; GET /v1/groups/{groupId}/devices lists group members.

  2. Narrow the results

Filter devices by companyId, siteId, status and name. Filters only narrow what your credential can already see. For cursor-based lists, pass the returned next value as after, keep the same filters and stop when next is null. GET /v1/operations/capabilities shows what your credential can do.

  3. Read inventory and alerts

GET /v1/devices/{deviceId}/inventory and /software return stored reports: check their timestamps. Null means unknown; an empty collected list means nothing was found. For detailed inventory, start at /v1/devices/{deviceId}/inventory/manifest and follow the section names and nextOffset. GET /v1/alerts includes open and acknowledged alerts by default; use state=all to include resolved alerts.
