Everything in the toolbox

Remote support and RMM (remote monitoring and management) in one toolkit: remote desktop, Ghost Session, patching, inventory, automation and network discovery. Available on Cloud and Self-Hosted; optional services and AI usage cost extra.

Remote desktop

See the screen and take control on supported Windows, macOS and Linux desktops, with or without someone at the keyboard. Android needs local permission and a compatible device; iPhone and iPad sharing is attended and view-only.

How you use it

Open a managed device and choose Connect, or start Quick Support for temporary help.

Remote desktop

AI & API integrations

Connect your AI assistant to RemoteGymp and ask what needs attention. Choose a permission preset or custom permissions to control what it can read and do.

Network discovery

Find the devices on a client’s network, check connectivity and see how the network is performing. Switches, access points, printers and compatible NAS devices belong in the picture too.

Network discovery

Automation

Run routine jobs on a schedule, get alerted when something breaks, and see exactly what ran on each device.

Automation

Ghost Session

Windows

Ghost Session gives you your own separate Windows desktop on their machine. You fix things there; they keep working on theirs, uninterrupted.

Ghost Session
How you use it

Pick a Windows device where someone is logged in and open Ghost Session. You get your own desktop; they keep theirs.

Quick Support

Help someone who needs support now. On supported desktop platforms, they run a small one-off download and approve the session. It doesn't add a managed device to your bill. On phones and tablets, they use the RemoteGymp Support app and approve screen sharing. iPhone and iPad support is view-only; remote control on Android requires a compatible device and the necessary permissions.

Quick Support
How you use it

Send the platform's Quick Support link. They start it and approve the session. The temporary device doesn't stay managed afterwards or add a managed-device charge.

Visitor Pass

Send someone a browser link to one of your managed devices. No account, no install. The link expires on its own, or you can cancel it early.

Visitor Pass
How you use it

Pick a managed device, choose how long the link lasts and what the visitor can do, then send it. It expires on its own, or you can cancel it early.

AI Resolver

Get help investigating a problem and reviewing possible fixes. See the evidence and maximum cost before approving a run, and stay in charge of any changes.

AI Resolver
How you use it

Review the diagnostic evidence, proposed fixes and maximum cost. Approve the work you want and check the result. AI usage is charged separately.

Remote IP Scan

Find switches, printers, access points and other neighbours through a managed device on the network.

Remote IP Scan
How you use it

Use a managed device on the network to find nearby equipment. Add connectivity checks and optional SNMP history when you need a closer look.

Hyper-V Console

Windows

Reach a Hyper-V virtual machine’s console even when its network connection is down.

Hyper-V Console
How you use it

Choose a managed Hyper-V host and open the virtual machine’s console. Investigate the guest even when its network is unavailable.

BitLocker Recovery

Windows

Help someone past a BitLocker recovery prompt with authorised, audited access to their recovery key.

BitLocker Recovery
How you use it

Check the device’s BitLocker status and reveal its recovery key when authorised. Key access is audited; fleet reports keep the recovery secrets private.

Remote Terminal

Remote Terminal opens a real shell so you can investigate in the background.

Remote Terminal
How you use it

Open a terminal on a supported device. Run the commands you need without taking over the user’s desktop.

File Browser

Browse drives and move files without starting a remote desktop session.

File Browser
How you use it

Browse the remote drives and transfer the files you need. You do not need to open a desktop session first.

Bulk Device Actions

Restart, run a task or make an approved change across selected devices, then check each result.

Bulk Device Actions
How you use it

Select your devices, choose the action and follow each result. Quickly find machines that need a retry or a different approach.

Remote session essentials

Talk to the person you are helping, switch screens and bring another authorised technician into an active desktop session.

Support chat

Open Chat from the device panel to message the person at a supported device. On desktops, choose an active, unlocked user session. Copy or export the conversation when you need a transcript.

Multi-monitor viewing

See an overview of the remote desktop screens, select a monitor to work on, then return to all screens. Availability depends on the device and its capture support.

Windows privacy screen

Blank the local screens while working remotely on an eligible Windows physical-console desktop. This visual shield requires compatible capture support; it is unavailable on the sign-in or secure desktop and in RDP sessions. It does not turn off the monitors or block local input.

Work together in a session

Authorised colleagues can open an existing desktop session from Active Sessions and view it together. Company access and session permissions still apply. This does not create a public sharing link.

The rest of the working day is covered, too.

The remote desktop gets the applause. These are the tools that quietly stop you opening twelve other tabs.

Inventory and device history

See hardware, software, services, processes, events and recent changes. Use performance history to investigate what happened before the user called.

Inventory and device history

Patch management

Review and approve supported Windows third-party application updates, with optional approval of future versions. Apply maintenance policies and follow per-device results. Third-party updates cover supported machine-wide applications.

Patch management

Smart Groups and asset search

Find devices across your companies and sites, group them by matching criteria and export inventory. Preview which devices match your conditions before saving a Smart Group.

Smart Groups and asset search

BitLocker across the fleet

Spot missing recovery keys and check encryption across Windows devices. Reveal a key when authorised, with access recorded in the audit trail.

Teams, roles and customer access

Give technicians the right tools and customers access to their own devices. Built-in and custom roles keep permissions manageable as your team grows.

Teams, roles and customer access

Wake-on-LAN

Wake a compatible managed device through an online device on its local network. The target needs the right hardware and settings. We still cannot negotiate with an unplugged cable.

Your support. Your web address.

Put your business name front and centre for just US$5 a month. Choose an address like yourcompany.remotegymp.com, or connect your own, such as support.yourcompany.com.

Give your team and customers a familiar address for your dashboard and the links you share.

Make it yours

Available on Cloud. Using your own domain requires DNS setup.

AI & API integrations

Connect your AI assistant to RemoteGymp and ask what needs attention. It can find devices, look at remote screens and, with your permission, help fix problems. You choose how far it goes.

AI & API integrations

Broadband speed tests

See point-in-time upload and download measurements, the source device and when the check ran. Compare results over time when someone says the internet feels slow.

Broadband speed tests

Remote resources

Open web admin pages (HTTP/HTTPS) and supported RDP, SSH or Telnet services on other kit in the customer's network, through a managed device that's already there. The managed device must be able to reach the resource; you don't need a separate VPN connection from your browser.

Remote resources

Warranty and Windows ESU

Check reported warranty details and Windows Extended Security Updates status alongside the device inventory. Know which machines need attention before replacement day.

Warranty and Windows ESU

Server hardware health

Inspect reported HPE iLO and Dell iDRAC hardware health on compatible equipment. Find hardware clues alongside the operating-system details.

Server hardware healthServer hardware health

Network health and topology

Keep compatible switches, NAS devices, access points, UPS units and printers in view. Follow interface traffic and discovered connections; optional SNMP history is US$5 per company per month.

Network health and topology

Windows administration tools

Manage services and processes, inspect event logs and review supported Windows settings. Create temporary local administrator accounts with a chosen lifetime of 1–24 hours on supported devices.

Windows administration tools

Endpoint security status and actions

View reported antivirus, firewall and encryption status. Start Microsoft Defender scans and definition updates, or update Bitdefender Endpoint Security definitions, on supported Windows devices with the provider installed.

Messages and restart consent

Send a message to the device user or ask for approval before a restart. The confirmed-restart action requires an affirmative response; other authorised restart policies keep their own behaviour.

Windows password checks

Find risky passwords before someone else does.

Compare account passwords with a million-entry common-password list and Have I Been Pwned data. Choose the scope, run a check or schedule regular reviews, and get an emailed report.

Included in the RMM subscription. No separate password-check add-on.

Choose the accounts that matter

Choose the accounts that matter — Illustrative English interface examples with synthetic data. No real accounts or credentials.

Check local accounts, domain accounts through an eligible domain controller, or both across a company. Focus on administrators, include disabled accounts if needed, or limit company checks to servers.

Put checks on the calendar

Put checks on the calendar — Illustrative English interface examples with synthetic data. No real accounts or credentials.

Run once or repeat every 1–365 days. Review job status in Job queue and manage your recurring checks there. Results go to the initiating technician, not the whole company mailing list.

A report you can act on

A report you can act on — Illustrative English interface examples with synthetic data. No real accounts or credentials.

Email and CSV reports distinguish common-password matches, known leaked-password matches and unavailable checks. Include password-set dates and optional reporting of enabled accounts last logged on more than 90 days ago. Domain logon dates are approximate.

Illustrative English interface examples with synthetic data. No real accounts or credentials.

A known leaked-password match does not prove that this account was compromised. No known match does not prove that its password is safe. Checks do not reset passwords, attempt sign-ins or inspect browser passwords.

Which accounts can I check?

Windows local accounts and domain user accounts through a supported domain controller. You need an agent that supports password checks and the required permission. Browser passwords are not checked.

Does a clean result mean an account is safe?

No. Checks distinguish common passwords from passwords found in known breaches using Have I Been Pwned (HIBP). No known match does not guarantee safety, and a leaked-password match does not prove that the checked account was compromised. Checks do not change passwords or attempt sign-ins.

Where do password-check results go?

The technician who ran the check receives an email and CSV report. Common-password matches include the matched password in readable form; breach-only matches do not. Full account hashes stay on the device, while five-character hash prefixes are sent to Have I Been Pwned (HIBP). Treat reports as credentials: mail providers, mailboxes and backups may retain them.

Stop requesting quotes. Start a session.

We think it's the best remote support and RMM tool in the world. We would, obviously. One device free. Thirty days free on the rest. No card, no call — go and prove us wrong.
