Windows has the broadest toolkit, including Ghost Session, BitLocker recovery and Hyper-V consoles. Modern packages cover x64 and ARM64. Legacy x86 packages for Windows XP and Windows 7 are available with a smaller feature set.
Platforms and requirements
What RemoteGymp can do on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS and iPadOS.
Support modern desktops, servers, mobile devices and older machines from one dashboard. Pick the platform to see which tools are available.
Windows, Intel and Apple silicon Macs, Linux and ARM. Still running Windows XP or 7? There's a smaller agent for that too.
From servers to small ARM machines: Linux packages cover x64, ARM64 and ARM32. An x86 package is also available (experimental). Desktop access depends on the installed desktop and permissions; headless machines can still use supported administration tools.
Support Intel Macs and Apple silicon from the same dashboard. Grant the required macOS screen and input permissions, then get on with the job.
Help Android 8+ users with screen sharing and, on compatible devices, remote control. The user grants the required permissions.
The user approves screen sharing. Remote control depends on the device and the permissions granted.
See the screen on iPhone and iPad with iOS/iPadOS 16+. The person holding the device starts and stops sharing; you guide them through the fix.
Find the right tools for each platform.
This table covers modern agents. Legacy Windows and experimental Linux x86 have a smaller feature set. Available tools also depend on the device’s permissions and your access.
Attended: someone at the device must approve screen sharing. View only: you can see the screen but cannot control it. Limited: only actions and diagnostic evidence supported by that Android device and its permissions are available; desktop-only tools do not apply.

The right support for the device in front of you.
Use desktop administration tools where available, and guide mobile users with attended screen sharing.
iPhone and iPad: see and guide
The user starts screen sharing. You see the screen and guide them through the fix. Remote input and microphone capture are not provided.
Android: help with permission
Share the screen after local approval, and control compatible devices when the required permissions are granted. The user handles protected prompts.
Older machines still have a place
Legacy Windows XP and Windows 7 x86 packages provide a smaller toolkit. Linux x86 is experimental and unsupported, with no automatic runtime security updates; validate it on the exact hardware and distribution.
